Tectonomy, a company specializing in leadership and management training across all organizational levels, needed a logo that symbolized their mission of driving change. I designed the logo to visually represent the shifting of tectonic plates, mirroring Tectonomy’s commitment to reshaping thinking and behaviour through training.
The design was modern and clean, yet maintained a corporate feel to reflect Tectonomy’s professional focus. This balance allowed the logo to resonate with a diverse range of clients while effectively conveying the company’s core mandate of enabling positive change within organizations.
