4Corners Collective was created for an international women’s art group whose members came from different parts of the world. The logo needed to express each member’s individuality while still functioning as a unified identity.
The custom wordmark uses four interwoven colours to represent the four members. Transparency creates secondary tones where the forms overlap, making collaboration visible within the structure itself.
A caret-like form beneath the central “o” anchors the mark and subtly references the idea of a corner. Extracted from the logo, this element becomes a supporting graphic device, multiplied and rotated to form a diamond built from four corners, visually reinforcing the collective’s name. Two secondary, stamp-like variations were developed for scalability, ensuring clarity across print materials and digital media.
The result is a structured yet expressive identity built around collaboration, adaptability, and consistency across formats.
